The ABTF calculator is much more accurate. it also uses UK sizing by default, so keep that in mind unless you changed it to US. Something else to keep in mind. cup size is a ratio to band size. your bust measurement is 44, your band size is 34. that's a difference of 10 inches, and roughly every inch of difference is a new cup size.

Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend them for DD+ cup sizes as I think there are better options. They work better for people in smaller cups who don’t need much support. Also, I would not follow their size guide. It’s horribly inaccurate. If you haven’t already, I would recommend using the ABTF calculator to double check your size.

We can't guess at what your size is without measurements. 38A is for a 38" underbust and a 39" bust (A cup = 1" difference between bust and underbust).
