Carrier 411 literally does NOT let carriers dispute what they call "Freight Guards". A company I work with had an issue back in 2014 with a disgruntled driver. That company has taken all the actions necessary to remedy the issue, but the freight guard still persists. Even claims that have been resolved professionally stay on as "Freight Guards".
