Hello Fellow 7Sagers, I was recently emailed by the Georgetown Law Admissions Office asking if I would like to participate in an in-person interview with an alumni from the Law Center (of course I said yes!). I was wondering if anyone could provide any insight into the kinds of questions to expect or were actually asked during the interview.

I remember my alumni interview from last fall very well - it lasted for 90 minutes, and both my family and myself believe it played a key role in getting admitted early action in a very competitive pool. While yours probably won’t go on as long as mine did, I’ll tell you what I did to prepare.
Alumni interviewer here. Like most things in life, it depends. If it's extreme in one direction or the other, it probably stands out more among all the other pieces of the application. I've written a few stellar interview summaries and scored them as strong recommendations. Most of those applicants still didn't get admitted.
