How to turn off cc on comcast remote.
The remote works fine to turn on and off the TV power until it's paired with the soundbar. At that point the remote can control the volume, but the power button on the remote then turns the soundbar on/off and not the TV. Everything worked fine on the previous Xfinity box. I did try to do what Rayana indicated and it did not work.

Right! I have a similar issue. With the XR5 remote, it had a TV Power button and an All Power button. We could turn off and on the TV without it affecting the Audio Receiver. That way at night we could listen to the quiet music provided by Comcast without the bright light of the TV being on. Now, with the new XR15, that is no longer an option.
