Upon arrival at the dealership to pick it up the sales agent advised me, the truck is included in the high pressure fuel pump recall and can't be sold until corporate determines what they need to do to correct a stalling probably with the Ecos.

The EcoDiesel is perfect as a daily driver and for light to moderate towing needs. The Cummins is perfect for heavier towing needs, but not as a daily driver. I have a need for both trucks, so I'm not torn between the 1500 and 2500/3500. Before COVID, you could find really good deals on Ram 1500 EcoDiesel trucks.

It seems to me these engines are blowing their brains out towing. appearantly VernDiesel's 2014 EcoDiesel never got that memo. 371,000 miles on the first engine before lifting a head gasket. His second engine he is around the 250,000 mile mark so far, he tows AirStream trailers all over the country for the factory.
