Its actually not too bad. The problem with lane ryze is that u have to face an oponent 1v1 with no dmg, no sustain, no nothing until u get a couple items. With ryze jungle youre able to safely farm (if the enemy doesnt invade you) and your ganks arent bad at all with a point and click CC. Which is fine because there are plenty of champs just like this. Many adcs are practically useless until 3 items. So we need to treat ryze this way aswell. I've had a ton of success with this build.
