The performance of my GS-X Mini is more to my preference of a fluid/natural presentation or more colored some would say. Schiit designed this amp very specifically for the tubes that are in it. They believe that for an entry-level tube amp, the benefits of tube-rolling are outweighed by the hassle and expense.
