Yes! I just had something like this happen to me today. Go to your Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\logs folder and open up game.log. Scroll to the bottom. You should see whatever event caused the crash. (Actually, the whole log may just be a spam of identical entries except for the attempt number.)Unfortunately there is no fix for it because the devs are unsure what the cause is (probably an incompatibility with another mod).
