Suzuki outboard no power to ignition.

Jun 20, 2020 · I'm embarking on a redesign of the console to my 2000 Hewes Flats boat that was re-powered back in 2014 with a Suzuki DFA90ATL. I'm looking for color coded schematics on wiring between the Suzuki remote control (with power trim-tilt [PTT]), key ignition, kill switch, and the Suzuki main wiring harness that runs up to the console from the engine. Re: No "beep" when key turned to on. as far as i can tell this motor does not have that function,it has no oil warning module.the horn will beep when the oil is low in the resv or when it overheats,as long as the sensors are good.if there is one it does not show up in the serv. man. or the parts book. C.With that wire disconnected from the power-pack, connect one lead of the ohm meter to the end leading from the ignition switch with the other lead of the meter to any power-head ground. With the key turned OFF, there should be a ground reading such as a dead short. With the key ON. there should be no reading.

The kill switch grounds the ignition system to kill the engine. It has nothing to do with operation of the starter. You were told to check the fuse in the engine compartment.

I know how to get the starter to run and turn the flywheel but the problem is that there is no spark at the plugs. I know the problem is not the spark plugs because they are new.
