Looks to me like "Nest Mini is responding" (as seen in the above link) ... The white blinking lights will probably show up again. Then, unplug the unit and wait a few seconds. Finally, plug the unit back in. If this doesn't work, you may just need to brute force it and just continue to reset. Sorry I wasn't able to give the best advice :/
