As for Ki and Stamina: 42 points is one bar, 84 is 2 bars and 125 points is 3 bars. And qqbangs are obviously different +5 adds 2 bars and -5 subtracts 2 bars. Now with all that out of the way lets talk builds; you don't need to invest anything into Ki or Stamina to be good.
The best part is that you have no conditions however - no ki drain, no super soul drawback (like Fu's needing you to be over 75% HP). Just you, your basic strikes and punches, and strong ki blast damage. If you just stand back and blast, SV2 is better.
