I'd recommend tackling a problem at a time. The starter problem is probably the most important and probably deserves its own thread. Start with the suggestions I made about the connections. I have a 2007 Dodge Durango which has developed an intermittent starting problem. The starter will crank and the motor turns over but it will not start. Each fix seems to last a week or so and it acts up again. The local Dodge dealer has replaced the starter as well as the fuel pump. Is it possible that there is a problem in the anti-theft system ?

I've noticed this quite a few times since new and can't seem to find a similar reason. It doesn't really matter if it's hot or cold, the tank is full or a quarter, parked flat or on an incline, etc.
