My computer runs FFXIV fine until I load ACT, then the game will occasionally stutter/lag for a brief second then go back to normal. This includes the sound skipping. I'm running the latest version of ACT and Kagerou on a 3930k and a 980 TI on Windows 10. I've tried overclocking my CPU from 3.2 to 4.25 GHz and this didn't change anything.
