I picked up my 2023 F250 Ultimate Lariat with the HO 6.7 diesel a few weeks ago and have 1300 miles on it now. Since I've had the truck I've had lots of weird stuff happen. There’s probably a few quirks with going aftermarket though and I’d want to research the options heavily.
