Customer Service is a scam. I canceled my motel reservation but was still charged on my credit card. After phone Customer service requesting refund plus sending them proof of an email cancelation from the motel, I was offer a refund of only $68.00 for a total charge of $466.00. I refused their scammed offer.

I was trying to book Hilton Waikoloa Village for thanksgiving night and everywhere the nightly rates were around $780-$800 plus taxes and fees. This one website shows me the rate of $170 and with taxes and resort fees came up to $220.
