Most of my 4+ crests come after grinding for each unit in the thousands. For this reason, I even grind in my sleep. I set autoloop to 30, go to bed, then see if I got lucky in the morning. My unmeasured observation is that I can get a 4+ crest in ~4 days if I autoloop grind for 16 to 18 hours a day, and I clear each crest run in 45 seconds.

Getting 2 ATK crests on a unit wouldn't benefit the unit at all because only 1 crest would be active (I've tested this). To get the most flat attack, you want an ATK crest and an All Stats crest.
