I tried removing the power cable for 10, 15, 20, 30 seconds, and even had the unit shut off for a few hours - nothing. I did a factory reset - nothing. The DS light has been blinking for 5 days now, and nothing I do changes it. Comcast says it can't reach the modem to restart it - but it isn't a Comcast modem... so? What can I do to fix this ...
