I am receiving site 028 (CC 774.53125) and site 027 (CC 774.30625) using a RS 800 back of set rubber ducky with a full 5 bars..I beleve they can put it up and down as they please, Its mostly for the DEEP units to talk to Madison PD from Hammo state park. Madison is not changeing over to the CLMRN system
