Some GM vehicles are set up to keep the fan running, even with the key off, when the temperature goes past a certain point (usually the maximum extreme temp) to aid in cooling down the engine compartment.

I have: Replaced all 3 relays and 2 fuses. I have replaced the cooling fans (the driver side was bad) I've pulled the temp sensor wire and both fans will kick on at high speed.
