I did get the exotic glaive on my warlock first. The initial Glaive quest is account wide. Once it's complete you can craft one of the three exotic glaives. The other two patterns are added to the Wellspring loot pool. Character being played doesn't seem to matter. The pattern doesn't drop randomly from wellspring, to get it you have to fully complete all of the evidence board quests at the enclave until you get the last one, called REVERSE-LURE. After completing that it should just give you the exotic pattern. It's crazy reading these posts since the beginning when, it dawned on the community that the grind not just for the Patterns was horrible, but the Exotic drop rate for the new Glaives was even worse. I personally have only gotten 1 Tarnation, and 1 Come To Pass pattern. I abandoned the quest when they just wouldn't drop for me after some time.Complete Destiny 2: The Witch Queen campaign.
