The electrical plug going into the fan motor is the problem. Wiggle it and it starts working. Easy fix, under the glove box is a plastic cover, held in place by (2) plastic plug pins. Pull on both the heads and it will release. The fan motor will be exposed, wiggle the plug and see if that’s it.

The light was blinking 3 times and checked pressures and found a bad pressure sensor. Replaced it and blinking light went away. Still the compressor would not kick over. It's blinking to let you know the fan is not on. Turn the dial one time or more to the right to engage the fan, and when you push the dial to turn on the AC, the light will remain on solid.
