Checked 7.5A fuse #10 (METER) and was blown. Replaced with new fuse. Also, removed 58 SMD LED reverse light bulbs which were causing the issue.This Honda CR-V was brought in for an intermittent no crank condition. Could hear the starter relay under the dash buzzing.The most likely problem is either the coil or the Ignition Control Module (also known as the igniter). I would go so far as to say that this is the cause of 75% of no-starts on this particular model. It would be a good idea to replace both of them at the same time. If one is bad the other will fail very soon.

Take a Phillip's screwdriver and insert in the sparkplug end of any plug wire. Space roughly 1/8-1/4" from any metal on engine and have someone crank engine. You should have a pulsed primarily blue spark. Blue indicates strength of discharge.
