It's a 1990 Wrangler but the block numbers on the 258 say it's from the late 70s. Looks like its been swapped at some point with some nice headers, intake manifold, and carb. The problem though is the fuel lines.You can replace them with bulk FI hose and good hose clamps. If you are replacing the hard lines, you can use a flaring tool to put a little bubble flare on the ends of the lines to give a good grip on the rubber hose/clamps. Same with the vapor hard line. When I did my 5.3 swap on my YJ, I installed all original GM parts from the Canister, Vent valve to the Purge Valve in the back of the jeep next to the gas tank. When running at idle the pressure jumps to 80 psi, oscillating between 75 and 85. Disconnecting the vacuum line to the regulator has no effect on the pressure.

Then it would have to be one for a SBC. The old Jeep's with carbs used a mechanical pump that wouldn't fit on a SBC. Sense it's a 95, if the stock pump in the tank is still functional then you just need a pressure reducer specific for carbs.
