From my research 799 heads on an lq4 will produce 10.1:1 compression (give or take slightly depending on head gasket) which is right at what TSP recommends for the cam. With an lq9 it ought to come out to about 10.9:1.You will have to build the T56. (I'm assuming that you're going with the T56) A stock T56 will only hold 450-550 ft lbs. depending on which one you use.
