The Pool view will include the Eiffel and the pool sits below, but the room is not facing directly to the strip. The view is slanted to the left of the window. The Eiffel Tower room has a direct view to the strip, so it includes view of the Bellagio Fountain. Rooms seem a little quieter, your are connected to Bally's for food options and at Harrah's the casino ceilings are low which can make one feel closed in. Yet, try to get the highest floor available.) Bellagio is a nicer property than Paris in almost every possible way. The rooms are larger (510 sq. ft. in Bellagio versus 390 in Paris), nicer (5-star versus 4-star), and generally have more amenities. When you get to Paris just go and try to check in, if they have availability they might just give you your keys or there could be a small fee. I think Bally's had a sign up saying they were charging $20 last fall for check in before 2pm, I checked in around noon with no issue or fee, though.
