The clock is very accurate and uses WWV/WWVH/WWVB to sync time with NIST. The clock mostly syncs at night since there is a lot more radio interference during the day. Numbers are very easy to read at multiple angles and under various lighting conditions. (Though, note, the clock lacks a backlight).
