4/15/24 all shows scheduled to record were not recorded. Our internet is 300 and works fine for all other uses. All other streaming services work flawlessly. We have reset modem and new upgraded router many times. We delete and reinstall the spectrum app often. Hi, just got a new Apple TV 4K and just downloaded spectrum app and app working fine. Added cloud DVR to my service package and it is not showing any DVR options (playback under library or record from guide) on the Apple TV app. My iphone spectrum app showing DVR options. but not on Apple TV.

The cloud DVR has been working much better since 4/21. Most of recordings played back without any issues until last night 4/26. I was watching a recording of Survivor and the last half hour had audio cutouts and pauses. Thanks Spectrum for whatever you did to make it better. Here's to hoping the permanent solution is in place soon.
