Now my allies fleet and fallen empire just sit there on the unbidden portal. I hover the info on the portal says that cannot be attacked. As you’re doing that, send in your Battleships to destroy the Anchors until there are none left. Once the Anchors are clear, go in for the Portal. Option 2: I noticed that you can either take a choice to seal the dimensional portal or not; sealing it adds another section to the astral rift plot, which then concludes. Not sealing it ends the rift plot immediately and generates a wormhole.
