Tivo tcd 846000 Flashing red & blue. Hello. I'm trying to get this unit (Roamio tcd846000) to work. I have not used it in about 3 years because of lack of OTA channels. Well when I tried to get it up and running again, there is no display on the tv and the unit is flashing Red & Blue only. No green , nothing else.

TiVo Help says my internal power supply is bad and is not powering up the TiVo. She said the average life of a unit is about 5 years. When I mentioned that I read this TiVo forum and several folks have replaced their power supply, she was not allowed to offer any advice regarding the replacement the internal power supply.
