Hello! My 485 status changed to "Case remains pending" (today) from the previous status of "name updated" (name correction done on July 27th,2022). I am attaching the screen here. I haven't submitted any supplement-J or transfer request. Any idea what this status means?I am an EB-5 Regional Center applicant. I submitted my I-485 in April 2021, received a request for evidence to submit my Form I-693 in May 2022, and responded end of June 2022. The USCIS status on my case was updated to “Response to RFE received.” However, it has just been updated again to “Case remains pending.”As the one outlined in the underlying PERM labor certificate or the I-140 petition (where no PERM is required).
