The Uworld questions probably have weak to no correlation since they're used at varying points during a study cycle, so the only good correlations that will help you will be AAMC FLs. I personally believe UWORLD is much harder. The impression I got is that OP is at the start of AAMC qpack 1, which is probably some of the tougher passages out there. It gets much better about 1/3 of the way through it, to the point it’s much easier than UWORLD.Rather than focusing on difficulty, focus on realism. Nothing out there is as realistic as AAMC materials. Review content any way you wish and practice early with whatever you wish. I think it is harder. If you score well on a BP definitely feel great about it! I see much more 'low yield' content on BP materials than the AAMC. This is still good from a studying standpoint, because it gives you the opportunity to review material that may show up on the AAMC.
