From the data I have on these 3 cartridges it looks like the 7X30 JDJ (aka 7-30 Waters Improved) will do anything the other two cartridges will do in a Contender but with less powder and less recoil. If you were going to have my barrel rechambered for a 7mm Cartridge which would be your choice and why.
