Well there are 4 of them and 1 give you a quest, 2 doesnt say anything significant and the last one is the merchant, and while other merchant in dawnstar and riften allow me to invest, the caravan doesn't and i dont understand why Maybe just Bethesda spaghetti code end the chest in downstar?

Fyi the Dawnstar Chest glitch wasn't patched with the update, for anyone who was wondering. Also, since it's the inventory for a Khajiit caravan, you can use it to get some Rare Curios items. I have done this by adding a miscellaneous quest, if you want this quest removed again, simply activate the map again. When the Khajiit caravan showed up the other day, everyone but the merchant appeared. There were like four dragon attacks in Dawnstar in the past coupe of hours, and one time, practically the whole village, including the Khajiit caravan (somehow) were involved. I'm worried that she may have been killed and I didn't know it.
