There's a room, where you get to reveal hidden door through computer, if you have electoo. Upon inspecting that door, you'll be informed that it opens only manually and it highlights spot to insert valve. I don't remember location 100%, but if I'm not mistaken it's somewhere between final boss and Pasqal related boss fight locations.
Then I don't understand what you mean with being stuck if you just can leave that planet. There are only two things todo: 1) kill that Techpriester and his monster in front of the exit and 2) find that secret room for henrixx. Then it's finished and you should be able to start building projects.
