I have created three different iron farm designs in an attempt to have one work on my server. The problem must be related to the server somehow because the farms did work when tested on singleplayer. If anyone has any experience with farms like these and/or knows how I can fix it, all help is greatly appreciated. The farms I tried are these:Help Java. I made an iron farm in a creative test world, with the same settings as my survival world, (besides creative,) and made it the same in my survival world, since it worked in creative. its not working in survival. i moved my villagers over 100 blocks away, and nothing is linking somewhere else, i have all 10 ... No other villagers in 2 chunk radius. My farm is in a single chunk (luckily, as that was not on purpose) Sim Distinance is 24 chunks. Tried changing entity-activation-range to -1, ended up not being necessary in the end. This did seem to help the unmodified farm some but still ran into the issue. I think Avomance's farm might be a little broke.

You can accelerate this by putting the villagers into a panicked state. That is achieved by having eye contact with a zombie, drowned, husk or a pillager. Edit: They panick by more mobs.Also, if there are other villagers close by (which can happen since you are supposed to build it in a village), they can spawn random iron golems that in turn will stop your farm. So I had to wall it in, because I had free-range farmers breeding in the same village.

This is a valid point to discuss also. In order for the villagers to "see" a door, at least one villager must be within 16 blocks of that door. So, if all of your villagers are piled on one side of your farm, the doors on the opposite side may not be registered. This is why most tutorials show splitting the villagers on two opposite sides.

This is my iron farm. I’ve reconnected all the beds and the stations. I have 10 villagers (the minimum you need for bedrock), 20 beds, and 20 work stations. It has been working perfectly until now as I realised iron golems were not spawning. Cats are spawning every 30 seconds to a minute so it is “working”, just not spawning the iron golems.

That won't be a problem. Golems can spawn in a 16x16x6 area around the Center of the Village. This farm design completely encompasses that area with the spawning floors that are 18x18 internal blocks. It can be an issue with smaller (10x10 spawn floor) designs though.
