Are you still experiencing the problem and/or did the support get back to you yet? 2 days isn’t that long to wait for a response (I think after 2/3 days you should get an automated message that they will get back to you), might take severely days/even few weeks depending on the amount of support requests they are receiving.RTM Server issue. When the game tries to connect RTM servers, it says "could not connect to RTM servers". I tried flushing dns cache, changing dns provider and restarting pc/steam but no result. I tried opening dbd's support page (support.deadbydaylight.com) and it won't load BUT deadbydaylight.com opens and works fine!

To fix this issue, kindly follow the steps below. Launch MySQL Workbench to open the home screen. Existing connections are shown when you click the MySQL Connections view from the sidebar. No connections exist for first-time users. Click on the Server Menu and click on Startup/Shutdown option as shown below.
