Just did Carli on my 2023 F250 last night. What we noticed in the shop is the Radius Arms and the sway bar both are built different from my 2021. The arms have a relief where a 37 would hit and the sway bar is also curved to avoid tires. Gonna need a 4" lift min. with at least 4.5" backspacing on wheels to fit them and that will be close even. Late 04 f350 lariat.

They will be close to the rear end of the front fender well, but worst-case is very slight rubbing.Excessive scrub radius will also shorten the life of your wheel bearings and ball joints. For JL Rubicons with their wider axles, 4.5" to 4.7" backspacing is ideal for 37" tires. Less backspacing is required for larger tires such as 40s. If you want it to ride better than stock do a PMF or SKY reverse shackle kit with 2000 to 2004 front leafs ...The reality is, the 250 is approx. 1/2" lower up front, compared to a 17-19, and the 2020 F350, if it has not been lowered too (not sure that it has not). That half inch up front won't make a difference whatsoever.
