Dec 7, 2009 · This happened to me a few weeks ago. I left the house to run a quick errand and noticed that everything was working except for my navigation screen. I turned the escalade off and went into the store. When I returned and turn the truck back on the screen worked. I wasn't really worried about it since it is still under warranty.
