I was originally going to buy a set of Ohlins HD 044's, but instead got the RWD's due to availability. In the back of my head, I keep on wanting to know what the fabled Ohlins are like. They are finally getting some sets in week with the new brackets, and I have a set of the Ohlins HD 044's coming next week. Very curious to compare these 2 shocks.

The premium shocks make a world of difference in long distance comfort, but are NOT going to transform your road glide into a dual-sport with eight inches of suspension travel.
