Heres the question and heres where i am at in trouble shooting. b: solder wire in on that side of the relay and basically kinda hot wire it which should work. Take a close look at the connector on the compressor. Both wires on mine were frayed and touching/shorting right where they go into the connector.Low side should be around 35 and high over 200. Make sure you use the correct refrigerant. Make sure the compressor clutch is engaging. The part with the pulley and belt always turns. The clutch is between the pulley and compressor. Given your pressures being about the same it sounds like the compressor clutch is not engaging.
