I had same problem too, check all wiring and there's power to the windows, send back to the agent & found that the motor relay switch died. Replacement cost was S$240+. Fyi, there's no fuses for power windows. Hope it helps.

Take it in for warranty. Correct, if the fuse or relay were blown you wouldn't hear the motor. That the motor is trying suggests fuse, relay, switches, timer are all good - and they very rarely fail anyway. Though whatever you have is odd being so new, but sounds like the motor, linkage, transmission, bushings.
