An RXOM is higher than ESM but the transition from SFL to ESM is seamless. Going from no pharmacy experience to RXOM is crazy to me. You need to be a Certified Pharmacy Technician for 1+ year in order to become a RXoM. Not to nitpick but rxom and esm are the same as far as hierarchy goes. Follow workflow and returns. This is the way. Rxom essentially manages the pharmacy, something the RXM used to do, but now the RXM is accountable for the duties of the RXOM. The RXM should give expectations to the RXOM.
