5 years with Davita. Training program is good. Unfortunately they have bullies doing alot of the training. Several nurses didn't make it through training because of the bullying. It's systemically accepted. They have a lot of mangers to manage managers but no one to work the floor. I applied for an advancement. I was hired for the role.
