Yes. that year wont need a lift to run 33" tires. although the stock suspension is lousy so getting some newer springs, shocks and rear springs should be considered. a 4" lift would be easiest since all you would need is new coil springs. This is a '93 with 4" of suspension lift and 33 x 12.50's.I have a '19 super crew 4x4. I watched a guy on youtube (built a F150 overland truck). He installed a 4.5" Superlift with 17's and 37s with a little trimming. I run 35s with a spacer on a 2.3 inch level, zero rubbing even aired down. I did do some trimming, you are going to be just fine.
