Oh nice!!😊 coming back to this post almost a year later is interesting. I'm actually still using the freestyle libre 2 system (switching to 3 soon🤞), and I often have little to no problems. I believe the issue was that I didn't inject the sensor at an exact 90° angle, which caused the hardware to break early on.
To anyone having this issue, I called Abbot amd they're sending me a replacement. I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it worked as soon as i rescanned the scensor! I think it happened because I was charging my phone and walked out of the room for like 2 minutes but left my phone behind.
