Really there are 3 main things that cause issues with the sliding doors in this gen (and really other gens as well): the center roller, the rear latch, or the power release actuator. 90% of the time the problem is one or more of those things.i hope this video solve youre problem with youre odyssey ! It may have lost the setting for unlock and locking behavior. The settings are on the screen in front of the driver, NOT the one over in the middle of the car. - Chris.
