Aug 17, 2023 · There are 3 Majestics. Colonial is the older section (mostly family) but has been renovated in the past few years. Elegance is 2nd oldest and will in fact close for renovations shortly. Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres will be located north of Cancun, 20 miles / 40kms away from the Cancun International Airport. Food is spectacular and accomodations are luxurious - new, contemporary with gorgeous bathrooms - rain head showers, tons of mable/granite, etc. Dreams PC is not all that. The club sections in the Majestic Elegance and Majestic Colonial are adult only, but there are still kids throughout the rest of the resort. The Colonial has more kids than the Elegance by far. Based on what you want, I think Breathless would be a better fit for a solo travel in their 30s out of the 3 resorts.

We found the food, service and beach at Breathless to far exceed Majestic. If you prefer a calmer beach then Excellence may not appeal to you. Breathless is larger then Excellence but is not crowded as it is well laid out.Right now, Dreams cannot access Secrets. That may change in the future, allowing adults to go between the two properties. Elegance, if you don't book a club room (AO), you cannot use any of the club areas, and you don't get the club benefits. The three majestic properties have a shared area, but there are no privileges between the resorts.
