I recently inherited a 12 gauge Remington Sportsman 48 with a Poly Choke. Not sure of the gun's age, but the Poly Choke was installed in 1970. What originally drew me to the gun was the 26” vent rib IC barrel which I thought was interesting as most of the older shotguns I seem to find are the 30” full choke variety.
