When I picked it up I noticed 3 bubble-looking spots on my touch screen. I asked him what he cleaned that with and he said a rag specifically mean for nav units/touch screens. I believe him on that. When he shampooed the seats he cranked on heater, seat warmers, etc for a while to dry them out.
