Took it out this summer, no problems - runs great. At 27 hours, the maint. required message reappeared. Its somewhat sporadic. The machine did get flipped at 28 hours, but we cleared it out and had no issues. Now has 30 hours, running great, but the maintenance required message keeps appearing. Seems to appear less when its been running for a bit.

I am geting oil warning and code P1520 after 2500rpm with non stop beep and limp mode. 1. Oil level is good. 2. New oil preassure switch 420856533 (from Sea Doo dealer) 3. New Oil filter. 4. Tried to ground oil preassure switch.I simply had a loose connection to my blow by valve on the TOPS (top of the oil separator). Unplugged and replugged it a few times, wrapped it with some tape (to keep it from wiggling), good to go! I ended up dumping quite a bit of oil when that valve didn't open (not sure from where).
